"Super convenient location for exploring Coyoacan by foot. Impressively quiet! Room was clean and everything worked. Took me a while to figure out tv and cable box but had success in the end. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi ok. Cannot comment on in-house breakfast as we chose to eat out in town. Would stay again for sure!!! "

"We had a great time staying here. It was our homebase for our entire stay in CDMX. The location is great and quiet, easily walkable to the market, plenty of restaurants and the metro."

"I so enjoyed my few days here. The house is kept immaculately clean, the bedroom is tastefully decorated; the en-suite spacious with a powerful hot shower. The bed is very comfortable. The house is located within a short walking distance from the centre of Coyoacán and a diverse range of restaurants and bars. I would fully recommend a stay here; it’s quiet and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Coyoacán. "
