"The hotel smelled like smoke and chlorine in the hallways. The room smelled like smoke and was 80 degrees when we walked in. It did cool down well though. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were lumpy. Breakfast the eggs and sausage were dried out so didn’t try those. Ended up not having breakfast."
"The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron."
"Overall good experience. I travel to see family same time every year and usually stay here. Rooms are clean. Very quiet, My only recommendation is throwing out some more breakfast options. The muffins and bagels were stale. No I didn’t report that but I moved on to just having an apple. Overall would stay again as it was reasonably priced"
"I made the reservation not knowing I had to pay a refundable security deposit of $150. I didn't have the money, but paid for the room. I tried to cancel the reservation but they said I had to cancel it through hotels.com. I sent messages to hotels.com with no response. Another $100 I lost because of someone else. The deposit wasn't mentioned on hotels.com."
"We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work.
It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!"
