"What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!! Again?? Really Expedia? I believe the owners knew they were...
"The cabin was very comfortable, well equipped and close to attractions.
Everything was there for us, hot tub, board games, great bunk beds.
We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this at this cabin. We have been going to Big Bear for many years and this cabin was so much better that a hotel room."
