"A few issues with the bathroom..the walk in shower panel was not long enough so water ended up on the tile floor..the black tiles were cold on the feet and very slippery when wet. I wished there was a make up mirror. I couldnt use any of the mirrors as the lughting was not bright enough. Otherwise, the king bed room was very nice!"

"This is a very central hotel connected to terminal 3 by a short walkway (2.5 minute walk). As soon as you get off the walkway and enter the terminal, there is an elevator that will take you down to the tube to the other terminals for free. Definitely well thought out and much cheaper than paying for taxi's or trying to navigate the bus. Hotel looks very fancy, breakfast was also great. There was some damage in the room where I guess a previous guest had spilled the kettle and damaged the surface...

"Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there."

"The documents/info we received did not mention the POD rail transfer from T5 to hotel (8 plus pounds pp each way) We took bus route 423 for a fraction of the price Bus runs every 15 minutes. Restaurant is pretty good. There is also a nice pub 10 minute walk to the west"

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and each and every stay has been excellent. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Kudos to Girley on the front desk from Turks and Caicos for the warm greeting! Rooms are clean and very quiet even though they are across from a hug airport and on a busy roadway. The breakfast has many choices of hot and cold dishes including fresh fruit and healthy choices. The 24 hour beverage station is wonderful for a late night cocoa or chamomile tea before bed."

"The room, corridors, reception, restaurant, executive lounge all clean. A better quality wine would be preferable in Executive Lounge. Pillows a bit too soft. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Dinner selection offered good mix. Breakfast items, by time on plate to table, items lukewarm. There was a fire drill finishing and lifts were going to be delayed in restarting so used stairs. "The rooms are nice but the hotel is without many vending machines.. so if you have travelled a long time bring your own food. The room was a bit stuffy and the wifi did not work. It’s a bit expensive to get there from the airport- in hindsight I would have picked a hotel closer to the airport."

"The person checking me in wasn’t very helpful. Asked me if I wanted to add breakfast to my stay and said it was cheaper to do it then than on the morning. Agreed to add it, but they didn’t tell me when breakfast was I had to ask. They also didn’t tell me when checkout was. The room was spacious but not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom, it was fine as I was solo, but if sharing the room it could be disruptive if someone went to the bathroom during the night as it frosted glass lights up the...
