The only problem was at first we had no hot water but that was quickly rectified. We were soon settled in, then it was time to get some dinner, this was the only thing that we found disappointing...

"We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea.
Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind.
The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away
Perfect"
