"I must say this is a VERY nice hotel. The moment you step in the lobby it makes you think someone cared enough to make that area look like it belongs in a movie. I love it. The staff are all very respectful and knowledgeable about the restaurants/bars in the area. One touch that really makes my day is the fact that the tv reads “Good morning/afternoon” followed by your name. I’ve seen it a few other hotels too but it just makes it really personal and I like that a lot. If I had to critique one thing… that would be the parking. I understand how it works but if someone is staying more than two nights consecutively, I wish they would include the parking in our stay cost. Instead of having to fork up more money in multiple transactions. Other than that 10/10. Truly a great place to stay. You WILL see me again!"

"I am unable to turn off the light. Please be advised that complimentary bottled water was not provided, despite the rate being almost $200. Additionally, noise from the upstairs club can be heard at night."

"This was a diamond in the rough! I was not expecting such an elegant, modern accomodation judging from nearby streets. However, the front door of the hotel says it all and the lobby really made a statement. We were so impressed with the restaurant all the way to the room! I will definitely be using this location again. One of the biggest bonus for me is, proximity to Laguardia and the fact that there is parking on ground (free of charge)."

"The hotel was old and needs to be modernized. The TV was cutting out and spooling, assuming due to internet issues? Also, the hotel has 7 floors including the parking level but only has 1 small elevator, so the wait was sometimes long. There was limited parking and very tight parking spaces."

"This is the best value for hotels in Flushing. Its popularity with flight crews is testimony to consistent excellence. Tho only negative is that the hotel restaurant remains closed for lunch and dinner (and there is therefore no bar for those who enjoy an evening cocktail)--but ample options are only steps away. "
