The Hotel is a short walk from the center or Ubud but once you walk through the main entrance it feels as though you are completely away from the hubbub of the town. All the staff were extremely friendly. It was a totally relaxing experience. We used the hotel to book several excursions and a big call out to Suli our driver/ Guide. He met us at the airport and was our driver for the trips. Always warm and friendly, he is a great ambassador for the hotel. He shared anecdotes of life on the island and made us feel as though we were at home there. We ate in all three hotel restaurants , The food at all was exceptional..

All the staff were friendly and took time to speak to us. I particularly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions. Breakfast had a great choice and was cooked to order - be careful how much you order as portions are large. Location is great - right in the centre of great bars, restaurants and shops. We went to the spa at the sister hotel for a massage and they great - it was only a 5 minute walk and the hotel even offered a lift - we enjoyed the walk. Infinity pool is worth using and I could just sit and watch the view for hours. Having our own terrace to sit on amongst the trees meant that we didn't have to go out all the time. All in all an exceptional hotel and worth paying that little bit extra for

Amazing staff service. Superb location, quiet street but close to Ubud center 5 minute walk. So many restaus, cafe, small stores and spas around. Pool is picturesque, took so many photos at sunrise having the pool to ourselves. Free breakfast which we asked to be delivered at poolside! Came with 30 min spa per night which can be combined to make full hour etc. The room is heavenly. Would definitely come back again.

We were there our 28th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t believe how beautiful the place was. The entire staff went above and beyond in every detail. Housekeeping in particular were so amazing. They made our room feel so comfortable and inviting each time we arrived back to the hotel at the end of a long and hot day. The Copper rooftop staff were so friendly and welcoming. The whole experience made our celebration that much more memorable and special. I know that Ubad is becoming overrun with tourism, but every Balinese person there was always friendly and warm despite our taking over the space. Bali is the most beautiful place we’ve ever visited and the memory will stay with us forever. Suksma!

Five Star Experience in Ubud. From staff, food, location, forest suite to pool. I can’t say enough. The vibe of the people and resort is pure Bali. So romantic, relaxing and the infinity pool/setting stunning. Staff willing to make stay as best as possible. Decor, linens to design is remarkable. Would stay again in a second. Writing this before we head to Uluwatu. Bisma 8 and Ubud will be missed!

This 48 room hotel is amazing and a hidden gem in Ubud. Close to everything and on a quiet street, the staff is so helpful and they offer a unique experience. Many included programs to learn and experience Balinese culture. A pristine infinity pool I could swim laps in as others also enjoyed the pool. Plus breakfast, included and top notch. Fresh everything, so many choices and the most amazing surroundings to enjoy the food peacefully.

Loved our stay here. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious, as well as their restaurants on property. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ubud. Thank you Bisma 8! Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the amenities more but we were too busy on the go! Missed out on free photoshoot and some other activities, as well as free 30 min massage.

Everything about our stay at Bisma Eight exceeded our expectations. The staff at this property could not have been more welcoming, and their service was excellent at the front desk, the restaurants, the pool bar staff, and our driver and tour guide. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to many restaurants, markets, Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. A great choice!!
