The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast. "Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip."

"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views.
