We tried all the restaurants and all of them offer amazing food. Saigon was really special for us, with Melve working there, giving us the best service and recommendations. "I've stayed at this hilton 3 times before and always loved their service and its an excellent location to tour Cairo. Hotel is quite old and it is not Hilton standard but their apartments are huge, clean and prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is really boring and not worth the money at all. Currently no buffet using the silly covid excuses whereas all hotels in Sharm el Sheikh have full buffet service. Overall I would recommend this hotel because if the apartments but it defo needs an upgrade...

"Staff are amazing with quick responses to requests and very generous with their time in giving advice and service. Room service very prompt. Room is really spacious, clean and well organized- feels like a small apartment. One of the best hotels I stayed in. Has 3 different restaurants including Egyptian, asian and western food choices. I would stay again here as the location is also perfect."

"Though it was included, I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t review that part. The staff was very kind, helpful, and did not at all pester for tips or anything like that. They were also professional and helped me navigate something when I had to stay nearly an extra day. "

"Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...
