"Upon arrival there was plenty of parking. Customer service was good, the property nice and clean. The room was immaculate. This hotel is right down the block from the University at Buffalo North Campus and its walkable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"After being on the road for a week in between different hotels the cleanness of the breakfast area was great. She kept everything stalked and clean. Very friendly and helpful. "Pillows were amazing. Comforter was also great. There was some kind of basketball thing going on in the area. Kids were running up and down the halls screaming. No adult supervision. Staff did tell them to stop but they didn’t listen. Food in restaurant downstairs was also good. "

"I loved the place. There were 2 very small issues which I can't blame them for because I didn't report them. I'm sure that if I'd have asked them to take care of them they would have. I couldn't get the microwave to work, and I was unable to adjust the temperature on the air conditioner/heater, but the temperature in the room was really pretty good so I said nothing. Neighbors to room decided to go to bed before 8 pm which was before my concert I was attending. Made me uncomfortable to talk or make a peep after concert. "I like it was quiet, and close to amenities. Staff is friendly, however, on Saturday at 8:30pm I ordered a Cesar Salad at their hotel restaurant, and at 9pm the front desk staff come to tell me they cannot make it b/c they run out of lettuce. So I cancelled my Salad order, and did not eat anything that evening. "
