Our first check-in was a pleasant experience. Even though our room was not available they offered us a temporary room so we could get ready for our show. Then we moved to our proper room on our return.

The room was a little small and could have had better lighting, but overall great experience! The staff was great and the building was accessible to major parts of the city.

Hyatt Grand Central New York
We would definitely stay here again. Great location. Staff was professional, especially Rosa, at the front desk. As we had a late flight the next day we were also able to make a say use reservation to stay here until 6pm. No hassle at all and we were able to stay in our original room!
