"Very clean rooms for the price staff friendly "

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance from Severance Hall, Art Museum and several ither sites. Rooms are clean and functional. Water pressure in shower is marginal. Only major issue was the smell in the cafe area coming from the oven in the coffee area. I believe a burned out catalytic convertor is the issue and should be replaced ASAP. Not healthy for the wonderful staff or guests."

"The room was bright and comfortable, generous amount of towels, all of the staff were friendly, including the restaurant which provided nice options to eat in. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The valet service was organized and it was simple to get the car when we needed it to go out."

"Staff were amazing and the entire property was kept in immaculate condition. We would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back. The room we stayed in was incredibly clean and very spacious. The bar had great drink options and food choices with even better staff!"

"There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. "

"Only took advantage of coffee and orange beverage-wise. Had order of sausage and biscuits. Gravy did not taste the best, biscuits were fine."

Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. I also love their snack and toiletry shop. The staff is always quick to respond and help. I've not used the pool but have walked by the facility and it looks spacious and clean. This brand is my go-to for all my travel. You can expect the same experience at every location."
