"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"Nous avions pris une suite junior les draps du canapé lit était sale, poils … nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été directement pris en compte et je souhaite le souligner et dans la 2 chambre le matelas du canapé lit était tout jaune plein de traces pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avons pas demander à rechanger de chambre pour ne pas passé pour des clients chiants. Mais impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit on ressent tout les ressorts du coup on est retrouver à 3 dans un lit...

"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."

"the front desk staff were not helpful, dismissive and rude. i chalked it up to being french (and i'm from US, so assumed it was against me personally) but i think in hospitality you should at least fake it. the pool is limited to adults only, so not a great place if you are traveling with kids. lovely property, nice rooms, nice location but would not stay there again."
