"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future,...

He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜"
