"Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance "

"Room was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free Parking. Breakfast was great. The mattress was firm and not worn out. Pet friendly. Location close to our family."

"Love the omelets of course. The bar tenders during evening reception are great. Staff at breakfast are so polite, attentive and quick to assist. A small improvement is when the hotel has a lot of people to make sure the bowls stay full at evening reception. I know other locations constantly refill but it wasn’t done here. However , staff was friendly. Manager walked around and gave out assorted crackers. This staff is the best out of all the locations I’ve been too and I stay with Embassy in...
