"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Excellent location for Clifton high street, right next to the suspension bridge with stunning views. Ask for a room with the reiver view. Dog-friendly and they provide a dog bed, a water bowl and a doggy bag with little treats, a ball and some poo bags for your furry friend. Our dog enjoyed the stay very much!"

"Breakfast was excellent. I liked the safe and the fridge in the room. A couple of things about the room could be improved: 1. Add a little rubber stopper to the handle of the door into the bathroom. Very small, nearly invisible but would prevent the door banging into the bathroom wall. 2. The top left hand drawer of the little table was not very well put together and seemed in danger of falling apart when opened. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order"
