"The staff and facility overall was good. The room itself just seemed outdated with hard flooring and furniture it just simple lacked a comfort factor. The bed was fine. The overall experience was good I was just looking for a place to rest and this facility provided that its a Toyota not a Lexus and the price was fair for the weekend rate. So overall good just cant give this a 5 star."

"This if not a hotel. It’s a motel. No breakfast buffet. Just waffles, cereal, yogurt, and packaged muffins. Ice machine didn’t work."

"It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again"

"The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. "Having a clean room in an equally clean hotel is the #1 in my must have list. The Marriott Courtyard in Gainesville is impeccably clean!! We did not eat there but enjoyed drinks in the courtyard by the fire pits. The location is spot on any event or occasion in Gainesville! Would definitely stay there again."
