"Great hotel within walking distance of town centre and castle, staff were helpful and polite. Room was modern and everything you would need for a never two night stay, small fridge with water was a nice feature, the large bath enough for 2 was very good just took ages to fill as it was so big. Enjoyed our stay here would definitely stay here again, it was very quiet and very good for the price. "

"The parking lot is small so , try to get a place by arriving not so late. We arrived very late , maybe 11pm - 12am , but SOMEONE left the key at the front desk with a note, we never saw anyone because we left the hotel very early in the morning, it was nice , we stayed at a basement room tho "

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"
