"The room was nice and comfortable but I booked two queen beds but they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch . Then we discovered that one of the tvs didn’t work.So I called the staff and they said they would send a technician but they never came. The breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no waffles. Overall it was a good stay and I think they just made a small mistake. So I would still recommend this hotel for most people."

"Nice, quiet hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was ok. I'm only deducting a point because the hot tub was not working and that was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. "Great view from bayside rooms of planes landing at SFO.
Discovered that the shower had a tricky operating mechanism with no instructions evident! As a result did not take a morning shower.
There was a very nice breakfast buffet included in the room price with good eggs, waffles, toast etc.
The shuttle bus to the airport comes only every half hour and was crowded! It did only take 10 minutes to get to terminal 1, though!"

"The stay was good and it’s in very convenient location. Clean and they had good breakfast options.
Only small complaint is about one of the staff. When we arrived around 10 PM he was not friendly. But the lady who was at desk in morning did greeted good and helped to answer our question.
