"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "

"The host upon arrival was extremely friendly and very helpful .the staff were ever so nice Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfy and best nights sleep I have had in a long while. The breakfast was delicious and well priced..best sausages ever! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend."

"I only stayed for the 1 Night because i had to attend a Funeral in the Area. Check in was Superb( I was allowed to check in at 1pm) Room was Spotless, spacious and very Comfortable, Tea/Coffee making facilities. There was a radiator in the room so it was nice and Cosy. Great Shower. Comfortable Bed. Didn't use the bar or the Restaurant so i cant comment, but I'm quite sure that those would have been Excellent. Very impressed overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to Anyone....

"Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times. "

"A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"First time stayed here accidentally found to stay for a night after Indonesian Christmas party local to the hotel. I and my husband were amazed on how the big room is and the amenities for the price. I love it and we lock it to our favourite hotel lists to revisit next year. Thank you "
