"⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our experience at Spark by Hilton Grapevine DFW North was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel looked much nicer in the online photos than it did in person. It was a bit dingy throughout. Our first room had a bathroom door that was off its hinges, making it impossible to close, and when we tried to shower around 10 p.m., there was no hot water. "Beautiful and quiet property tucked away in the busy city! Me and my husband adored it as a place to escape reality (work and kids) and just enjoy the luxury life at a reasonable cost. "The rooms are very old and nothing like the pics. If you use the dishwasher, you can't use the toilet or shower because there's not enough water. The internet and wifi are absolutely terrible. We couldn't watch TV or log into Netflix because it would glitch or load for a long time. The sheets smelled. Sometimes we would want to purchase snacks but there was never anyone at the front desk. Sometimes staff would be sitting on the couches watching TV. The parking lot had a lot of trash. Everything...

"If you need to overnight at DFW, the ease and convenience of the Grand Hyatt is worth it. It’s accessible through Terminal D. The rooms have been recently renovated and they’re quite nice. We didn’t get breakfast due to early flights but the in-room illy coffee was appreciated."

"This hotel is perfect in every way. Very clean, very quiet, excellent breakfast with many options, included round trip shuttle to DFW, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If you use the shuttle, you will LOVE Travis and Darren, the shuttle drivers. Everyone at the front desk, the reception area, and the cleaning staff were exemplary employees, as well. Very well managed and very well maintained. Our new goto hotel when traveling through the metroplex."

"It didn't look the same as the pictures , but the staff was wonderful but the hotel it self is not that good. It was a knock off bed . The cover was very thin , felt like a sheet. Towels were thin as whistle and also seen a roach crawling on wall."
