"Didn’t have any problems at all and would stay there again"

"Excellente expérience. Personnel gentil, chambre propre, petit dej agréable."

"Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good."

"We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

"Camera pulita e carina, bagno funzionale (senza bidet) e tutto sommato in una buonissima posizione. Camera Angel un po’ scomoda per le scale all’ingresso della stanza. Consiglio per chi vuole stare a Pistoia vicino al centro"

"お勧めします！ この辺りのアパートタイプホテルでエアコン付きは嬉しいです。q"

"Hot water takes a long time to get to the room. Hotel is about a 25 minute bus ride south of the town center with not a lot of amenities around it."

"We experienced freezing night without heat the management's explanation was rude and combative. It was not fun!!!"

"Palazzina Fusi could not be better situated. The front door opens onto the Piazza della Signoria and a few steps will have you in the Uffizi. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The whole place was a great mixture of the traditional and the modern. I would strongly recommend this property for a stay in Florence."

"Excelent attention from Rebecca the customer service"

"Wonderful accomodation"

"Staff very helpfull"

"Near to train station, the check in is kind of challenging but able to resolve. Good thing i have whats up app i was able to communicate with the staff."

"The beautiful room was in a great neighborhood - easy to get to and within walking distance of so much! The room was gorgeous, large and very comfortable. I highly recommend."

"Claudia, the host and owner, was very helpful and friendly. You can tell also that this property is run by woman who is very detailed and anticipating the needs of the guest."

"Tutto perfetto tranne che l'affaccio era su una strada frequentatissima ma rumorosa."
