"Pull out bed was quite hard, leaky bath/shower, laminate wood floor had gaps that kept moving. Shower took a long time to get warm and the layout of the junior suite was strange. Overall it was ok but in our view was not 4 star."

"Nice welcome at check-in, quick as pre-paid so nothing to do except give ID. Location ideal, especially for using the viaduct to walk between areas, especially to Bastille. Evening staff a little more less helpful, but maybe that was the difficulty between languages, staff member was a little abrupt. Plenty of hot water. Negative part was the wet room/bathroom. "The property was not far away from Disneyland only 25min walk property was clean but I would of been happier if they changed towels on daily basis and cleaned rooms as our bin was full the soap next to sink kept falling off and some mouldy stains on tap where’s sink other than that the deposit should of been mentioned at the beginning of confirmation. "The executive apartment has a door for the double sofa couch sitting room area which gives privacy for the guests sleeping on it. The receptionist was very capable dealing with many guests expeditiously. There is also a generous supply of dishes, snacks and drinks in the room. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious. The room also has a balcony with chairs and a table which guests can enjoy."
