"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa. It was spacious with good amount of space on the balcony. One recommendation that I have for an apartment that size, maybe to leave a small broom inside the room. Because after visiting the beach especially with little kids we brought in sand. And it was all over the place. When the housecleaning claim, the floors still didn’t appear to be vaccumed. I would have swept the floor...

"My niece and I had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Bassa. It was very clean and lovely. The staff (especially Ana) were extremely helpful with questions before and during our stay and with reserving a taxi for our trip afterward to the airport. The location right off the beach at Playa de Arenas also was a lot of fun and convenient. "excellent location right on the beach . Breakfast was served to your table and nice waste free choice of menu . free tea coffee and water in the room , beach towels , iron and ironing board all supplied free . The only minor blemish was the noise from the downstairs restaurant music blasting out till 3am very loud only one night but that was not the hotels fault . i would definitely recommend this hotel .
