La struttura è proprio di fronte allo stadio in una zona molto ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e nei dintorni ci sono numerosi bar e negozi. Mi sono trovato benissimo.

Opción conveniente. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para prepararse una comida rápida y seguir. Supermercado, metro, bicicletas y buses a distancia caminable. Para la playa: 15 minutos en bicicleta. Zona nocturna: 15 minutos caminando.

Mi instancia fu buena en el aprtamento habia algo roto y fue solucionado de inmediato ,la recepcion esta 24 horas y te atienden en todo muy bien ,estaban en obras en la planta baja pero empezaban a las 8 y no era para mi un problema .La acomodacion esta muy bien

It is in a convenient place if you are visiting Valencia . It is quite close to the university and not so far from the Cathedral. It has everything what you need although the room was small.

Petit studio pour une personne parfaitement équipé, propre, climatisé , beaucoup de rangements et le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner (casseroles, vaisselle, couverts). C'est vraiment très bien comme endroit pour habiter avec ces commodités par contre si vous souhaitez la tranquillité ce n'est peut-être pas le bon endroit car c'est juste devant le stade de foot et il y a beaucoup de vie jusqu'à tard le soir. Mais très sécuritaire.

Ho soggiornato per due settimane nella struttura in una stanza singola. La stanza era molto piccola ma provvista di frigorifero, spazio cucina e microonde. Bagno con doccia grande, meravigliosa. Tutto nuovo e molto pulito. Ogni giorno, tranne il fine settimana, cambiavano le lenzuola, facevano pulizia e buttavano le immondizie. Purtroppo, essendo fumatrice, dovevo scendere in strada perché all'interno è severamente proibito fumare. La posizione della struttura è strategica, dal punto di vista logistico, per spostarsi comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi nei diversi punti interessanti della città. Il soggiorno in genere mi è piaciuto molto, tornassi indietro, però, sceglierei una sistemazione più ampia.

Just a nice little no fuss place to stay

This place was just lovely, not 5 star lovely, but 2 star value lovely, and a great breakfast for 4 euros, just bread, ham, cheese, coffee, juice. Friendly staff as well and a great location.
