"Everything better than expected I book two rooms for my in-laws in puerto Vallarta . They had a beautiful time all amenities were well kept . Great for families the kids amazed looking at airplanes from the view in room . The breakfast above expectations there was menudo maybe since it was Saturday every thing was beautiful!!!"

In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!” I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!! "Enjoyed my stay. Recommend the ground floor rooms if you would like pool access. My room 15 was great and nice and private. Staff was great, will stay again if i am on a layover."

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"Elevators were out and sometimes took a very long time to wait for one. Food was okay as well. Not the best but also not the worst. Check in process was simple depending on who you get. Some staff gave little to no explanation. Some restaurants are closed during certain days or times and re open. I thought this would be helpful for someone else to know.
