"A beautiful and enchanting hotel. We only stayed there for a short while but it was truly short and sweet. The vibes were especially peaceful, and the neighborhood it was in too. The architecture was jaw droppingly beautiful and unique. A mix of Mexican Boho and classical. We also loved that it was walking distance from the airport. My wife and I walked 15 minutes to get there. We recommend for any length of stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!"

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. Staff was barely friendly nor really helpful. Food was not that great, besides the morning breakfast buffet. There was a roach in my room the second night, when I complained they tried to tell me that it was normal and they could send housekeeping up to spray. I told them I wanted to change rooms. They took an hour but ended up upgrading me to a really nice sweet. Just used to resorts that have more activities going on and friendly staff. My sister...
