"The hotel is comfortable since it’s right on the beach and pools have plenty of space and lounge chairs, also have a walk up bar. The rooms are dated but functional if you don’t mind older decor. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker, microwave and dishes, etc… Hot water and a/c works well and internet was great which is included. However there’s a daily resort fee $20 bucks that I didn’t see in the fine print so just know that. There’s an Oxxo convenience store nearby as well as the marina...

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"This was roughly our 15th time visiting the property over the past 10 years. The relationships that we have built with employees that are still currently working there are amazing. When they see us, we are welcomed with smiles and open arms. The spa is primo. The Sonne Club and its staff, Ignacio, Rafael, Luis, Francisco, and Veronica, are top notch. We didn't get the name of a manager that we met, but he was extremely helpful when a situation arose, and he made it right. I would fully recommend...

"Es un buen hotel, el servicio es bueno aunque podría ser mejor ya que algunos empleados le Dan mucha preferencia a los gringos, si estás acostumbrado a la comida buffet no es una buena opción para el todo incluido ya que sus restaurantes son a la carta y tardan un poco en tener listos los alimentos, durante los 7 días que estuve algunos días no funcionaba el elevador, pero por todo lo demás esta muy bien el hotel, las albercas la playa y todo están muy bien para relajarse y disfrutar"
