"Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool...

"Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here"

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"The hotel rooms and restaurants were great! Our room was beautiful and spacious and could feel it was a newly renovated room. The food was actually pretty decent! Menu rotations were a nice way to change things up. My cons were that the lounging area was pretty small. Granted we went during a busy weekend, but regardless everything is centrally located so you kinda just walk out of the lobby and that’s it. Will also mention the walls are pretty thin! "Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet! "
