"Rooms were a good size but basic in terms of fittings. We found lifts easy to get. Very good location. Public transport to city centre was very convient. Plus local supmarket. Very good breakfast, nice afternoon treat lovely dinner arrangement. Staff always Very helpful. But they need to clean, windows ledge. Next visit would stay here again."

Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go...
