"This property was in a area that feels safe, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. It has a good-size parking lot withNO parking fees. It's clean and all types of staff are friendly and helpful. I used the gym which has plenty of tradmills and bikes. The room was a good size for the price with plenty of drawers, shelf space in the bathroom and charging outlets. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of hot ites and fresh-brewed coffee."

"Conveniently located Hotel a mere minutes from JFK. Comfortable and well equipped room. Typical breakfast items, not ideally suited to vegetarians. Welcome perk was the Airport Shuttle. Very suitable for short stays. One shortcoming was the lack of a room safe."

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. "We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels.
