The property is tasteful and elegant. The room was really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Loved it and will stay there again!"

"The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we checked in they had 29 check-outs with only 2 house keepers so naturally our room was not ready. Instead of making us wait (which we were totally happy to do) they upgraded us to a beautiful suite free of charge. We also got free mini-golf at the amusement park across the street which was very fun. We will stay at this hotel every time we stay in Parksville!"
