"The hotel was located in a nice quiet spot only a short walk from the Underground and several small supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and much more affordable than those in the city, and it was only 15 minute train trip to all the key sites. There were a few really nice local pubs without all the touristy vibes as well.
The staff were very helpful and always friendly throughout my stay. The on site free laundry was also really useful, but be warned it can get busy in the evenings. The...

"Pure luxury! A five-star hotel. Professional and attentive staff, excellent restaurants — highly recommend this hotel if you want a next-level experience just a short cab ride from everything London has to offer. A special mention to Thomas, the Front Office Team Leader, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome, it really went a long way to turning a good trip into a memorable one."

"Host cominicates well and the place is located close to buses and Tube.
Now for the space....its clean but the little details matter. Opened closets and they just had stuff thrown in them, left over food in fridge, and hand soaps were nearly emptied.
This is not for a family with kids. Its more of a bachelor space. States 2 bathrooms but one is literally a closet that is a shower -6 inches space between wall and shower door.
Not a bad place for what you pay, just be aware that its not for...

"I think the good ratings were a scam. The first things was we were there an hour and a half early and the room was ready, but they charged us 20 GBP to get into it early. The view wasn't great of the train yard. The plumbing made loud noises whenever someone on another level flushed. The things that was the most annoying was when I was checking out through the manual terminals, and the reason I think the ratings may be a bit of a scan, was I got to the rating screen and the employee jumped in...
