I contacted the hotel to see if we could get our fee waived due to circumstance (can provide proof of breakdown). They said only Expedia could waive fee. "The man who checked us in was a little short with us. We asked what restaurants were good around us and he circled ones that had not been in business since covid. Our bedsheets and comforter had blood stains on them. The shower was dirty and had very little water pressure. While gone, room service cleaned the room and forgot the towels. "I requested a first floor room due to my mobility at reservation and was denied at the desk. “You want the second floor, it has been remodeled and we have an elevator” The elevator was super rickety and 100 degrees along with the hallways. The room was poorly remodeled. The doors were old and scratched up. There were ash burns in our comforter and the edge of the tub. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bagels, bread and cereal. We checked out as fast as we could and got McDonalds instead."

"Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed."
