"We had a twin room, so much furniture in there you couldn't move. The bathroom had the tiniest shower I have seen, you had to go in sideways, if you were a man you wouldn't fit with a weird piece of string hanging down the wall. We had to climb two sets of steep stairs to get to our room hard work if your older. The afternoon concierge was a very nice man very helpful, the morning concierge not so much. The hotel is centrally located which is good, the breakfast was cold despite being on heaters...

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"The location was great if you are traveling by train or bus to get to Venice. There are still bridges to go over but so much more convenient than being near the center of Venice. It was still an easy walk to see things from this location. The man checking us out was so helpful and went out of his way to insure we were going in the right direction of the train. The room was very nice and spacious. It had a view of the canal."
