"The hotel is in a medieval building just 5 minutes from the transport hub of Piazzale Roma. Reception is up a steep stone staircase, but the Receptionist was happy to help.
Room was small but contained everything needed.
Breakfast was great, and served by a really lovely lady.
I'd stay there again if I return to Venice"

"Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. When we called down about the hot water/air-conditioning problem the man at reception didn’t really seem to care,...

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing and very convenient. Getting to the hotel from the train station is easy. You just need to take the vaporetto, and once you arrive at the water bus stop, the hotel is only about a 3-minute walk away.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was ok, the selection was a bit limited, it was still a nice and convenient way to start the day.
Overall, everything...

The breakfast was nice and it had a dock nearby to catch a water taxi."
