"This is a very nice hotel, close to water bus. We arrived early 11 something in the morning and the staff that help us is very professional and very kind. He let us check In so that we can rest and freshen up before going to center."

"Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast. Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic. In summary, excellent staff, poor room."

"Hotel was fine, clean and the breakfast lovely. The afternoon nibbles were a bonus, a much needed sit down after a busy day exploring! Our canal view room, whilst correct we could see the canal from one window, however to see the pretty view with a bridge you needed to climb on the chair! This was 3rd floor.
