"This is a very nice hotel, close to water bus. We arrived early 11 something in the morning and the staff that help us is very professional and very kind. He let us check In so that we can rest and freshen up before going to center."

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. The temperature setting throughout the night was very warm. Housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited with several lights burned out."

"Shower good. Best vaporetto stop for the hotel is Rialto Mercato. It is the same distance to the hotel as Rialto Vaporetto stop without having to drag your case up and down over the Rialto bridge. Listen to receptionist for best places to eat. Good stay."

"Hotel was fine, clean and the breakfast lovely. The afternoon nibbles were a bonus, a much needed sit down after a busy day exploring! Our canal view room, whilst correct we could see the canal from one window, however to see the pretty view with a bridge you needed to climb on the chair! This was 3rd floor. No separate shower, had to climb in a bath which was a little slippy. Bed was solid, not the best nights sleep, but equally not the worst… Most the staff were fantastic, very friendly and...
