"This hotel is a hidden gem in a small courtyard just off Crea canal. Room was neat and comfortable with window to small courtyard, it was very pleasant to let in some natural light. The staff were very kind, friendly, outgoing and helpful. The neighborhood (Cannaregio) was especially nice, with many restaurants and canal water bus (vaporetto) available just around the corner, and short walk to Santa Lucia train station. Cannaregio is the best neighborhood to stay in Venice in our opinion -...

The only inconvenience was that our room was located about a five-minute walk from the reception area. Whenever we needed something such as drinking water, we had to walk back to the main lobby, which was a little inconvenient. Other than the location of our room, we had a pleasant stay."
