"We booked online, checked in late at night, the suite type we booked wasn’t available, so they upgraded us. The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and informative. He enrolled us in the membership/rewards program and informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer.

"From the time we arrived until our departure, everything was wonderful.
The staff was very courteous, answered all my questions, supplied us with bottled water daily upon request. The daily upkeep of the room was excellent.

"Location is great if you are going to or arriving from the LAX airport. There was a shuttle that left from the hotel as well as one at the car rental place. All so easy. Room was very comfortable. We were on the 7th floor which had quite a nice view of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you"

"We stayed there for two nights, and it was alright. It’s convenient because it’s close to Universal Studios. It needs some renovation and you can hear everything from the rooms near you. It was pretty clean and the stuff was nice. They make you pay $10 per day per vehicle for a way too tight parking space. Breakfast is literally a coffee and a juice machine and a couple Costco granola bars, if you want anything else you have to pay for it. Its ok if just need a place to sleep."

"We arrived at 3:30 and our room still wasn't ready. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and recommended restaurants where we could eat until our room was ready. He offered us free water as well. The pool area could use some upgrading - cleaning up the concrete around the pool. It wasn't inviting. It served its purpose for the one night we stayed there."
