"Amazing location and easy access to tourist spots, restaurants and shopping places. Not enough lights in entrance area. Slanted kitchen floor, old sofa, dining table, and chairs. Management need to spend some money to renovate room."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the attention to every detail throughout our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere easily, making it so convenient to explore the city without needing transportation. The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing with great variety and quality. One of the highlights for our group was having two connected/shared rooms, each with its own bathroom. It gave us the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and space during our trip. We also greatly appreciated the Murano Island tour that was extended to us. It was such a wonderful experience and became one of the memorable highlights of our vacation. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"The room and everything in it is tiny, but then that’s the norm in Venice. Hotel was conveniently located just off Piazza San Marco, also close to the vaporetto and water taxi lines. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again in future trips."

"The hotel is in an excellent location - 1 or 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop when travelling from the airport, and close to St Mark's Square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are really helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"First of all, it’s an old building and that’s expected from Venice, but the furniture and carpet inside the rooms really need to change. There was some amount of dust which questions whether rooms are properly vacuumed. The bedsheets are clean but I noticed 5 insect bites on my right upper leg in the morning. I know what a mosquito bite looks like so this was not it. The rooms are not sound proof - I could clearly hear the guests in the other room talking. Breakfast was ok."

"The breakfast and the check-in and check out are a one minute walk away in their main hotel. The location is good, breakfast is fantastic and all staff were helpful. The biggest negative for us was that we could hear other guests especially in the hallway. "

"The room was very clean and neat. Great view, but room was smaller than I expected. It does have everything you need. There is an elevator wich is wonderful esp. If you have a large suitcase. Centrally located to everything. Breakfast was generous. Staff was very attentive and all of staff spoke English and spanish which was a huge plus. Very helpfull with map of town. "
