It’s basically Venices faulty towers .

"Overall my experience felt more in line with a four-star property rather than a five-star hotel.
The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The quality and organisation did not meet expectations, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. On one occasion, I was seated next to the coffee machine, which produced a constant and rather intrusive noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In addition, children were not always adequately supervised, and some approached the buffet as though it were a school canteen, which further detracted from the overall experience.
While the staff were generally kind and courteous, the level of professionalism was inconsistent. The more experienced members of staff provided a noticeably better service, whereas some of the younger employees seemed insufficiently trained and lacked awareness of the standards expected in a hotel of this category."
"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"
"The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was good in that it is near many of the main sights and it is also near a vaparetto stop.
On the downside, my room was very small and the bathroom cramped and the absence of coffee and tea making facilities in the room was unwelcome.

"What a quaint hotel! We we only there one night and slept very well. It was so convenient to the train station but was on a side alley so very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
"We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is situated on side of the canal in Cannaregio, close to three stops (Tre Archi, Crea, Guglie) that give access to the wonderful vaporetto boats and the Alilaguna to and from the airport. We actually chose to arrive by shared water taxi which delivered us to the Tre Archi stop right outside the hotel. Cannaregio is a great area to stay as it is much quieter than most of the city which remains within easy reach on foot or by boat. The quiet canals to the north of the hotel and the Jewish Ghetto area are a great place for a stroll. If we come back to Venice we almost certainly stay here again."
