We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. The hotel has its own private courtyard and entrance, and security is high tech. It must have been recently renovated because the interior is modern and very well appointed. It exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, Paola, the service manager, was excellent and exceedingly helpful. Not only did she surprise us with a delivery of pastries one morning, she provided good suggestions for restaurants and site seeing, and made last minute reservations for us. I'd definitely come back when next in Venice, and would highly recommend this hotel!

Property was wonderful - 8 min walk to the grand canal on either side. Room was amazing. Our room even had a mini kitchen and laundry in the room. We could not have been happier! Side note - The water taxi from the airport is worth every Penny!!!!!!

Apartamento moderno y elegante con todo lo necesario. Ponen todo tipo de jabones y cremas, buenos y en cantidad. Secador potente. Un poquito justo de armarios, pero para unos días está bien. Quizás si hubiera unos colgadores en la entrada para poner los abrigos sería estupendo.Muy bien situado y muy céntrico. Personal muy atento. Muy limpio. Te hacen la limpieza a diario. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomiendo totalmente.

This facility is VERY clean, everything is clean and works. As compared to a lot of other hotels I have stayed in, this hotel was exceptionally clean and again everything works.

Non avrei potuto scegliere posto migliore. Appartamento nuovo di zecca e super accessoriato (la lavatrice è stata utilissima). Il design è di grandissimo gusto ma in asse con lo charme di un palazzo d’epoca. Centralissimo. Ila signora Paola gentilissima. Forse la mia migliore esperienza in assoluto. Estremamente raccomandato.

Paola was the best person I’ve ever met, she helped us with our luggage herself, told us all the good places to go to in Venice and was always available for help. She made our stay very enjoyable and if I ever come back to Venice I will definitely be staying with her again.

Absolutely fantastic place and a very helpful and pleasant host. Everything is New and good quality. Its a hidden gem in a small alley, but once you find it its great. Located centrally close to rialto

Wonderful place to stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Ducato! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed. The bathroom is floor to ceiling marble with a high-tech multi-functional rain shower... it was heaven! The apartment also has several dual USA and Euro outlets which was very helpful as we were a group of 5 American women with lots of beauty gadgets! The air conditioning worked very well, it was hot outside so we were relieved to have a good system. Only cons were there were a few fixtures that still needed finishing and there was only 1 large mirror in the bathroom, but I’m guessing that is because it wasn’t completely finished when we arrived. Paulo, the manager, was extremely helpful with making restaurant recommendations and she also arranged a water taxi for us to get to the airport. We were extremely pleased with the booking and would stay here again!
