We were spoiled at every step and really taken care of. Marco helped us a lot with advice on how to get there, things to do in Venice, ways of transport, even printed some vouchers for us. "Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"
