"The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"

"The location could not have been better! We had a room on the first floor facing the courtyard entrance to the St. Regis Hotel. A short walk to the St. Mark's Square. Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet and safe. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and safe. Lara (at the reception) was very helpful - we appreciated her assistance and guidance! Thank you - grazie, Lara!"

"The Venetian decor of the property and room is so pretty - it made our stay extra special. Its location in the Center of Venice made it quite convenient to walk everywhere"

"Location was stellar!!! Safe area, close to all the best things~ Excellent staff~I wish I knew her name~ she was exceptional!!"

"Lovely to stay a bit away from the main island. Very helpful staff and great views"

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"Rent.

"Our room was great with two separate shower w/sink and toilet with sink areas! Pretty view and great location, say from the crowds but still easy to navigate to all the key attractions."

"Todo excelente"
