"Quarto bom, porém a cama de casal aparentam ser duas de solteiro juntas (pelo menos os colchões) e incomoda um pouco. Na hora do Checkout não tinha ninguém,deixamos as chaves na cama, e fomos para a rua, retornamos para buscar as malas mas disseram que não tinham achado, de qualquer forma a mulher que estava no dia foi muito gentil e entendeu a situação.
De resto muito boa localização, visto do quarto e etc. Recomendo muito "

"The room was clean and modern and most of the staff were helpful. Somehow the pier of S Maria del Giglio were closed during my 2 day stay, it almost killed me us from dragging two 28 inches suitcases and 2 carry ons (coming from Australia for 1 month of Europe trip) all the way from the next closest pier…… and there was a national strike on the day of leaving, had to cross 4 bridges and dragged suitcases again for 1km to Rialto pier…it would have been nicer if I had been informed by the hotel...

"Expedia Hotel Review – Family Stay
We had an amazing family stay in Venice. We were traveling with two children, and after an 8-hour flight delay, we arrived at 2:00 AM. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day.
When we left just two days later at 6:00 AM, the hotel again went above and beyond by preparing breakfast to go and kindly seeing us off. These thoughtful touches made traveling with kids...
