I went downstairs to tell the receptionist since they weren’t answering the phone and when they came to check, they said they couldn’t hear anything. "It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Daily hot breakfast was also great. Room was clean and also they provided soft room service daily. Located in middle of natural scenic. Plenty of parking spots. Free laundry room just need to buy detergent. Over all great experience"

"This property looks like it’s going to fall off; the room was ugly and dirty, the AC never worked, the carpet smell was terrible. On top of that, when I went to have breakfast, the water had MOLD in it, and the only food available was boiled eggs and bread, obviously I didn’t eat anything due to the mold in the water, I ended up shortening my stay and going somewhere else"

Although parking requires an additional fee, the overall experience was excellent and well worth it. "Booked a room that sleeps 4 people: 1 King size bed & a sleeper sofa. Immediately after checking in we walk into the room. The room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in there, A/C didn’t work, the restroom trash can was not emptied from the previous guests, the sleeper sofa had a whole on the back cushion and it had no mattress in it so we couldn’t sleep on it. Checked out immediately and went to another hotel."
