"Nice big room, but noisy outside, needs noise proof windows. But, great location! Clean room, decent bed, crummy pillows, but nice to have table, chairs and small sofa. Laundry not available per staff, which was a big reason we picked this place."

"This is a scam. There is no staff, working phone number or address... the "Hotel" is a door behind an outdoor cafe that opens to a stairway to a door requiring a code... no code given and no staff, the phone number provided did not work and "Chat" communication had noone on the other side to respond. It took 2 hours to find the "address" and had nowher for me and my family to sleep. I had no alternative other than to find another place to sleep."

"Managed to book this last minute, location is convenient and a short walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station, lots of shops and eateries nearby and a walking distance to most popular attractions Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom, was big and has all amenities needed for the stay. The TV was not functioning properly during the first 2 nights of stay and got fixed on the last night… but better late than never i guess? Overall a good experience and would book again"

"Great hotel. Great location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only challenge was initially finding the property. We were provided with the incorrect phone number for the host which delayed our arrival. I would recommend that the host provide clearer directions for how to locate the property. After this initial confusion, the service was excellent and highly responsive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone one seeking a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Florence....
