Only downside is the location, not in the city center so you’ll need transport.

"This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around. "if you plan to leave the property know that there aren't many taxi or Ubers available and you will spend a lot of money alone on transportation. the rooms were cheap but the rides were more so in all fairness I would stay closer to Florence where there is more available transportation like a bus route. it took a long time to find a taxi to the train station and we spent almost double what we paid for the stay just to get a ride. "We absolutely loved our stay here. Giacomo and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts. The restaurant suggestions were perfect. Breakfast each day was delicious with so many options. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the countryside…just stunning. The view from our window was equally spectacular. Easy to get into the city. Bed was comfortable and room was well appointed. Highly recommend and if I am lucky enough to return to this magical region, we will stay here again. "

"We loved staying here and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy being outside in their gorgeous gardens much but we did have some spectacular views of Siena when we did.
We didn't realize when we booked how far from city centre we would be, but the good thing was that the bus picked us up at the bottom of the driveway and for 1.70 each took us to the city centre .
Also, even though the loft in our unit was beautiful, i didn't expect that the washroom...
