"The property is very clean, and I like the style and design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The water filling stations on every floor were very convenient. My only complaint is that the food at the diner is quite expensive."

"The room was clean and quirky absolutely loved it, The hotel was quiet, didnt know what to expect but we were never dissapointed at any time. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

"Stayed here for my birthday. The rooms are arty and dark, gorgeous interior. The front desk receptionist had 2 glasses of complimentary champagne sent to the room which was a lovely touch and I had a ‘happy 30th birthday’ plate in the room which was covered in fruit and chocolates. The only let down was the breakfast, for what you pay for it was minimal, wasn’t very hot and a very slow service. It wasn’t too busy so would have expected a faster service. "

"Such a great hotel -- loved that it was apartment style with lots of amenities in the unit. We were able to do laundry to minimize the amount of clothing we had to pack, and utilized the kitchen to make tea and have simple breakfasts in the morning. Great location, close to the train station and easy to get around the city. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"Very close to Piccadilly Station in Manchester, the room is very clean as I only stay one day and so I do not need to do the cleaning, refill towels and throw rubbish by myself. Be aware of those free of charge at hotel services need to pay here such as left luggage, late check out, etc."

"The bath/shower apparatus is a challenge. Wonderful skillful plumbing but confusing and potentially dangerous when hot water at work."

"Room was very cold even with heating on. Lights are very dark. In winter would have been difficult to use laptop Staff very helpful. Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence. Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “ "

"The hotel is fine, but the rooms are incredibly small and the bar really dark (which was ok in the evening but breakfast was a bit strange). The best thing about it is the location which is fantastic."

"Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."

"Check in was easy. I was traveling from outside of the country and had a package sent from a local vendor and dealing with that was super easy. I also really appreciated them checking that everyone was hotel guest late night on Saturday to avoid any people who shouldn't have been there. The enhanced security made me more comfortable."
