"Fantastic location at the bottom of La Rambla. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment that was very large. The wrap around balcony was HUGE! Great place to have wine and watch the sunset. Great view of the Mediterranean and the mountains, including a great view of La Sagrada Família. Very comfortable, and includes a washer for clothing, no dryer though. We hung our clothes on the balcony to dry. The only complaint I would have is that there were a LOT of flies in the bathrooms. ...

"The location of the property was really good, just a 10 minute stroll to the end of La Rambla and the port area. We explored quite a lot of Barcelona and decided this was definitely the best area to stay as we were near so many local eateries. The room was spotless, thanks to the fabulous housekeeping team. "Great hotel. Renovated, clean and friendly staff. In the heart of the gothic quarter. Nice size rooms, large washroom, shower had great pressure. Mini bar. Complimentary coffee/tea in room. I had a room on the 4th floor, with a small balcony overlooking the plaza and a view of the marina. Great noise cancellation and black out curtains. Didn’t have breakfast, but enjoyed night caps multiple nights in the cocktail bar….fantastic bartenders, great atmosphere. Recommend!"

"Unfortunately there is currently septic work which smells ongoing in the street in front of the building which detracts from experience. The interior is one of the nicest places we stayed in Spain. Had AC, regular person at counter to check in, and allowed bag storage prior to check-in."

"You can't beat the location right next to the metro, but unfortunately, we discovered bedbugs in our first room shortly after our 1:30 PM check-in. After showing video proof to the front desk, the employee handled the situation beautifully. They quickly transferred us to a clean room and issued a credit for the room charges.
