"There was only one towel in our room and thar was it. Now washcloths nothing. Did ask for washcloths they said in the morning and thet still wete not ready. The key car did not woke. Needed ro change battery. Two very small pillows on each bed. Remote control worked but had pieces broken in it. Ceilings had stuff on them. Pool was not in order. Smelled funny by the elevator. Carpet was dirty! "

"Love the proximity to restaurants, theaters and Target center! Nice breakfast with lots of seating. Traffic can get crazy on game days around the parking ramps but just go expecting it. This is our go to property for downtown Minneapolis ."

"We loved our stay here. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel. Had an old yet modern vibe and the rooms had a lot of character and were very clean. Staff was amazing, parking was simple. I couldn’t say enough good things. Highly recommend."

"Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Booked this hotel in advance for my daughters wedding. We pull up and the parking lot is EMPTY!! I questioned it instantly. A guy came out and stated that they have been shutdown for over a month.. mind you I booked well over a month and never received notification of anything"

"I reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had a foul odor. One room smelled like marijuana and the other room smelled musty. I told the staff and they couldn’t move me to another room but they did offer some febreeze spray and that helped."

"Room wasn’t clean. Items from previous guest still in room. Door battery was constantly broken. Wasn’t fixed until checkout. Bar wasn’t sufficiently staffed. Bartender did not want to wait on tables. Wasn’t busy in there, yet he made guests feel like it was an inconvenience to be sitting at the table. In the morning when trying trying to get back into room but couldn’t, due to battery issue, had to wait because front desk didn’t have a radio to get in contact with maintenance. Then the front desk girl acted as if we were the problem when waiting on valet parking. Had no clue that the front door wasn’t where I pick my truck up at. All in all, I won’t recommend this establishment nor will I ever stay here again. "
